She is an incredible mix of talent rarely seen in the industry. With Scottsdale Insurance Company, now Nationwide E&S, Telma was a fixture in Customer Innovation focused on E&S intermediary efficiency and automation. She has worked with a wide variety of MGA's and Wholesalers, and understands the challenges they face and must overcome to innovate and compete in today's market.
